Thick and curvy, with a strong chin and a honey toned finish, this Ascorti New Dear handmade bent pot estate pipe from Italy achieves a competent and efficient bearing for any smoker’s approval.  The bowl is huge and the cylindrical chamber is wide, though not so big as to have to be overly careful about tobacco choice as any favorite blend will do well in this smooth drawing and tapered briar.  In excellent condition, inside and out, this Ascorti does have some heft but is still a comfortable clencher.
